Being a woman with a humble beginning I had no interest in cars nor imagined owning one. All I wanted in my life was to live comfortably better than what I lived before. My life before motivated me to study hard to find a better job.
Imagining having a car was not on my mind until I graduated from college where my first job was as an encoder in the accounting office of one of the trucking services in Mandaue, City, Philippines. The accounting office of the company was beside the auto shop that were owned also by the owner of the trucking services. Aside from the goods that need to be delivered to the company, another thing that added to my knowledge was all about trucks and cars. Since the company also sells most of the parts of automobiles even though I was in this type of environment, it never crossed to me about having a dream car not until I heard my boss talking about cars and he just only had two choices if he wanted to buy a car again.
So, hearing those conversation, really imprinted on my mind and I decided that if ever I had a chance to buy a car, I would also choose the car that was mentioned by my boss since I knew for sure that the cars that were mentioned were reliable and durable because it was already proven and tested since my boss owned a trucking service and he was familiar of the cars.
To share with you about my dream car, while my husband and I waited for my husband's side to finish the mass last Sunday, we took the opportunity to search for the car that I dreamed of having inside the premises of the church because there were lots of cars displayed in the area. We walked inside the premises of the church and luckily, we found my dream car the name of the car that I dreamed of having is MITSUBISHI ADVENTURE. Even though there is no production of this type of car at this moment, I'm willing to buy a secondhand one if my wallet would let me because even though most of the ADVENTURE is secondhand, as of this moment, I still cannot afford it.
For now, I'm happy that my husband and I have a minivan, though it's not my dream car, it was fine since at the beginning, I had no intention of owning one.
