Online Shopping Disappointment

Nowadays, shopping now is really convenient. We are now in a technology era and the stores also adopted the technology, and online shopping is now famous.

My husband is a fan of online shopping as I shared before every month he has an order online due to his interests like cars. motors, and sound systems.

When my boss asked me to order "Arnis stick" online, I asked my husband to use his account because I had trust issues online. My husband was fine about it and I told him to order 100 "Arnis sticks" because our workstation decided to practice "Arnis Sport". This sport is the national sport of our country and it would be a great idea if our clients learned this type of sport.

So, he ordered "100 Arnis Sticks" online last week and it arrived last Friday too.

I thought the product came had no concern but when the product came, my husband had doubts since the packaging did not look like having 100 arnis sticks inside. When he checked, out of 100 arnis sticks, only 20 arnis sticks arrived. It was a great disappointment on our part.

My husband immediately contacted the seller and the good thing was the seller attended to the concern and the money that we paid was returned but when we ordered the 80 arnis sticks, the returned money was in deficit. We had no choice since it was ordered online and we cannot complain directly to the seller.

Now, my husband ordered the remaining 80 arnis sticks and I hope that the 80 arnis sticks will reach our place.

I usualy do my online shopping in the marketplace, so I use their escrow service incase there is some dispute, at least we can have our money back.
I hope things will be better for the second order. It can be frustrating when our online order got messed up.

I've encountered similar situations where my order was either missing or incomplete. I typically request a refund and describe the issue with my parcel. Some sellers offer a partial refund, while others refund the full amount I paid. Fortunately, I’ve received refunds in all instances because the sellers were very professional in resolving these issues.

Yes, we are fortunate enough that the seller was professional to cater to our demands.😊

This is one of the problems when ordering online. Luckily the seller is accommodating and attends to your concern 😌
