Despite S not being able to join the trip, which was planned to complete the group, we still decided to continue traveling. Because we were already traveling, we might stick to the original plan to visit Naga City, Cebu.
But when we started traveling to Naga City, our plan changed. We decided to go directly to Argao, Cebu, because one of our friends, L, lives there. Argao, Cebu, is far from Naga. . We need to pass three municipalities to reach there. R felt trouble at that time because she asked for permission from her husband that she would join the trip together with her daughter and the destination was only Naga, City. Her husband had no idea that the plan had changed. So, when her husband contacted her to check them, she told her husband that the destination changed from Naga to Argao, her husband was shocked but he had no choice because he did not join the trip. Hahaha
Even my husband, the driver, was surprised about the change of plan, but it was fine for him because he had a good rest.
We contacted our friend, L, that we would visit her in her place, Argao, Cebu. She was surprised because she had worked at that time and it would be hard to entertain us.
Well, it was fine for us as long as we were able to reach her place and be familiar with the area because we didn't know where she lived since she married her husband and lived in Argao. It's been seven years since she started living there. Another reason was the T-shirt. It's been four years since I had the T-shirt and I always forgot to give her every time she visited the town Tabogon. The T-shirt was the group T-shirt. Since L had worked at that time, we went directly to the place where she worked and it was at the Barangay Hall of Guiwanon, Argao, Cebu. When we arrived at the barangay hall, we found her there and tried to convince her that we would like to visit her place even for just 5 minutes. Luckily, her co-workers understood the situation and permitted L to leave her work for a short time.
It was a good decision because when we arrived at L's place, there was a pomelo tree. L's husband was so supportive and immediately harvested the pomelo fruits so that we could bring them to our place it was a good time because New Year was coming and pomelo is one of the best fruits to display on the table.
The original plan was Naga City but we went directly to Argao, Cebu.
Even though we were not complete at that time, the travel was worth remembering because we already knew where L lived and we were confident that it would not be the first visit of her place.
