Medicinal plants are essential in a garden and have many advantages for both us and our vegetables. In addition, they are very easy to grow and very resistant to both diseases and pests.

Guaco is a group of liana-type plants that grow in Central and South America. I learned about this plant thanks to a Venezuelan friend who had to emigrate to my country.
It has medicinal properties that have been known since time immemorial, especially as an anti-inflammatory if taken as an infusion, which is the most common. But mainly it strengthens the immune system, which is what does the work.
It is also used to heal and scar open wounds. Native Americans also use them to fight snake bites, which are very common in the Central American jungles. They are easy to find in their environment, but here in Europe I have not been able to find them, not even in herbalists. So this remedy will only be effective if you travel and find yourself in need of using this type of plant.
Thank you very much for supporting my blog and I look forward to your comments.!
