If you are going to eat out, it is better to have a couple of places planned. You don't want to be stuck in the sun looking for something or walking down the street without a destination, so you can be comfortable and not pay more.
And finally, plan your activities with time to relax, because otherwise your vacation will become a full-time job and you will need another vacation to get over it.
