Saludos hivers. Formar parte de la junta de condominio de un edificio es una tarea que exige tiempo, vocación de servicio, amor y ganas de aprender, entre otras habilidades más jajaja, siempre me ha gustado colaborar con la comunidad así que he tenido la oportunidad de ser parte de la junta de condominio en varias ocasiones, las veces que mi tiempo y mi trabajo me lo han permitido, desde hace unos años fui elegida por los vecinos como presidenta de la junta de condominio de mi edificio 😁.

Hello hivers. Being part of the condominium board of a building is a task that requires time, a vocation for service, love and desire to learn, among other skills hahaha, I have always liked to collaborate with the community so I have had the opportunity to be part of the condominium board on several occasions, as many times as my time and work have allowed me, a few years ago I was elected by the neighbors as president of the condominium board of my building 😁.

Una de las tareas que me corresponde es estar pendiente de los arreglos que requiera el edificio en temas como electricidad, infraestructura, plomería e instalaciones, así como del mantenimiento de los equipos como el ascensor y la bomba de agua. Por lo general, cuando se hacen trabajos de envergadura siempre tomo fotos del proceso para pasarlas por el grupo de WhatsApp del edificio y así informar a todos los vecinos.

One of the tasks that corresponds to me is to be aware of the repairs that the building requires in matters such as electricity, infrastructure, plumbing and installations, as well as the maintenance of equipment such as the elevator and the water pump. Generally, when major work is done I always take photos of the process to post them on the building's WhatsApp group and thus inform all the neighbors.

Estas fotos corresponden a algunos de los trabajos más recientes que se han hecho en mi edificio. El tema, como bien lo dice el título de esta publicación, son hombres trabajando.

No recuerdo los nombres de ellos porque los trajo un vecino, son amigos de él que trabajan con este tipo de reparaciones / I don't remember their names because a neighbor brought them, they are friends of his who work with this type of repairs

Formar parte de la junta de condominio puede a veces ser muy estresante pero he aprendido muchísimas cosas de plomería, electricidad, herrería, construcción, etc. jejeje y no solamente porque soy la encargada de recibir y atender a los técnicos, sino también porque soy muy curiosa y pregunto de todo jajaja 🤭😁😎.

Being part of the condominium board can sometimes be very stressful but I have learned a lot of things about plumbing, electricity, blacksmithing, construction, etc. hehehe and not only because I am in charge of receiving and assisting the technicians, but also because I am very curious and ask about everything hahaha 🤭😁😎.
