Hello cloud lovers. It's been a while since I last joined and I am excited to be in the thick of the competition once again here in the Love The Clouds Contest Round 206 hosted by @tobetada. Check out the contest post here and hopefully join us in the fun.
Villa Luz is a gated subdivision just behind our house. It was developed and constructed over 15 years ago but never opened because of right of way and tax issues. I guess these have not been resolved after all these time as Villa Luz is still inoperative. As a result, a wide and spacious area with cemented roads are used by joggers like me, free of charge at any time of the day. Great! The only drawback is there are no streetlights and the place gets completely dark after sunset. So the place is deserted after 6 in the evening.
But during sunset time, the celestial spectacle that the clouds present are truly awesome. Everyday while jogging in the afternoon is a front seat to a heavenly roadshow that changes, not only everyday but every minute. Ever changing as they come and go, these clouds over Villa Luz make my afternoon runs so much fun and exciting. Here's what I mean.
As I was winding down my workout one afternoon, I noticed that the sky had taken a different hue from that when I started. I looked up and saw three bright red streaks of light which were not there when I began my run.
I had to pause and take a photo because if I don't the spectacle will be gone or would have changed.
I have so much sunset clouds at Villa Luz which I have taken during my runs there. Hopefully, I can share them with you in the forthcoming Rounds of this Contest. Meanwhile, my entry for this Round is the first photo.
That's it folks. Hope you like this. A big good luck to all the participants. May you all have a great rest of the week ahead.
