I decided to went at my Grandma's house at exactly 10 in the Morning and as Went there different kinds of decorations was already put inside of the house. My Cousins was very enjoyed putting some decorations while some of my Relatives including my Grandma was also very busy washing those plates and other kitchen utensils.
Instead of cooking different kinds of dish, they decided to ordered lots of foods. They can keep saving their time instead of cooking it but roasted pig was not included in their food orders. The also brought two types of delicious cakes, roasted pig and cakes are some of the center of attraction in different kinds of occasions just like Birthdays, Anniversaries, Christening and even Graduation ceremonies. Different kinds of colors of balloons also decorated and a big foil were the tarp and other decorations takes place.
It takes more hours doing the preparations and the guest are continued to arrived. Big tarpaulin also place near at the table with a birthday Greetings printed. Before we proceed to eat, My Father also did a short Prayer for the food and also to the birthday celebrant. After that, we sung a birthday song and started to eat together with my relatives and closed friends.
Cooking An Exotic Dish:
3 PM yesterday when I decided to went home and started to looked for any bamboo sprouts here at the Farm. Searching bamboo sprouts is not quite easy and it needs courage to get on the massive bamboo plants. Bamboo sprouts stew is the best way to cook and that is what I did yesterday afternoon. It cost not much because it only contains few ingredients like Sardines, Onions, Garlic, Cooking oil, salt and other spices. It takes a few minutes before the dish was finally cooked.
Travel Time:
Today, me and some of my relatives was decided to went at Zone 5 in Barangay Punta Silum. Lots of houses built in rocky place and also near at the cliff. The main reason why we here is to sell bamboo sprouts and this is my first time to be at the place. Some of the houses also built near at the shore and it is made of concrete and some light materials.
The place is near at the National Road that is why it is very easy to located the areas. Before we arrived at the place, we walked here in the streets and enjoyed watching different kinds of vehicles passing by. Luckily, the weather is not really hot and the sky was covering with clouds.
Bamboo sprouts is not really kind of popular exotic dish and only few people knows that this kind of plants can be eaten. We are very glad that lots of costumers wants to buy and it will be expected to be sold out soon. My Prediction was true, we sold out lots of chopped bamboo sprouts and as for that we planned to looked for another bamboo sprouts and sell it again.
Those houses built near at the cliff contains this concrete staircase, it helps the residents climb up and down, the stairs also consists of this metal poles as a handle for those people who wants to pass here. This is my first time to be here and as for that, I was very amazed of the place I saw. It takes a few hours of selling those bamboo sprouts and for me, this is one of a good kind of business should always did.
