Terms of Marriage
There are two basic conditions (members) of Nikah:
(1) According to Shari'ah, there must be two witnesses. If there is no consent or acceptance in front of the two witnesses, the marriage is null and void.
(2) Acceptance and Acceptance The first speech of those who perform marriage is called acceptance and the second one is called acceptance.

The meaning of the hadith is that there are three things that happen as soon as they are spoken by the tongue, whether their meaning is intended or not. Therefore, even if two strangers, a man and a woman, agree and accept in front of two witnesses in front of two witnesses, then the marriage will take place and they both become husband and wife, or if someone gives a divorce in a joking manner, the divorce will also take place.
