There are only 4 days left until the end of the season in Splinterlands and I still need to open 300 more Minor Chests and 69 Major Chests to be able to reach my goal for this season and today I will open 50 more Major Chests and get 1 step closer to it.
As I mentioned in other posts, I set myself the goal of opening 300 Minor Chests, 150 Major Chests and 30 Ultimate Chests each season. The reason I chose Loot Chests is because in addition to them helping me increase my Soulbounds card collection since I win cards from them, in addition to the cards I also gain energy to increase my SPS and Glint earnings during the season and I also have the chance to win jackpots.
In my opinion, Loot Chests are the best options in the rewards store currently after titles because through Loot Chests it is really possible to have some kind of extra profit in Splinterlands.
I also aim to get my current Soulbounds card collection to the maximum level, but my Glint gain per season limits me to only opening Loot Chests and that's why I don't open Rarity Draws during the season.
Today I managed to accumulate enough Glint to open 50 more Major Chests and as I mentioned before, after that I will be 1 step closer to my goal this season since I will only have to open 300 Minor Chests and 19 Major Chests.
Each Major Chest gives me the following chances:
- 33% of earning Rewards Cards.
- 30.99% of earning Potions.
- 26% of earning Merits.
- 10% of earning Energy.
- 0.01% of earning one jackpot.
The best options are the jackpot, Energy and Rewards Cards. Since I started this season I have had very bad luck opening Loot Chests because besides not getting any jackpots I also get a very low amount of energy and this greatly affects my SPS and Glint gains during the season, I hope today will be different.
My luck with jackpots remains the same and so far I haven't gotten any, but this time I was lucky with the Rewards Cards and got 2 legendary Gold Foils cards that will be of great help because I will burn them to be able to open more Loot Chests.
Although Gold Foils cards are good since they give me a 10% bonus in ranked battles, building a collection of Gold Foils cards would be much more difficult so I prefer to burn them to open more Loot Chests so I have a better chance of getting jackpots and I can also earn more energy to increase my SPS and Glint gains during the season.
