Today is Friday and that means Conquest mode is open in Golem Overlord. For those who don't know, Conquest mode is a new game mode within Golem Overlord but it is still in the Alpha phase so it is only possible to receive rewards in it in a limited way and currently it is only open to be played from Friday to Sunday in 6 times which are:
Each time the game mode is open it lasts for 1 hour and this happens 6 times during the day at different times so that everyone has the opportunity to play.
There are 4 ways to earn money in this game mode but only 2 of them are for free players, the other 2 are only for VIP players.
To be a VIP player you need to pay the amount of $5 per month in Hive tokens, which is equivalent to 16.90 Hive currently, if you buy for more months you get a discount.
The ways to earn money are:
1 - 1x per day VIP players can earn 1 Yixn's Trinket II for winning any Conquest game. The Yixn's Trinket II are tradable and you can put them up for sale on the Golem Overlord market.
Currently, the lowest price for it is 1.08 Hive on the market, but if you don't want to sell it, you can try your luck opening it to get some NFT in the game. If you're lucky, you can get one worth several times the price of the Yixn's Trinket II.
2 - Players can get 35 Exceptional VIAL OF INSIGHTS per week, but only VIP players receive the tradable version of it, that is, the NFT version, and can sell it on the market.
The lowest price for the Exceptional VIAL OF INSIGHTS is 0.10 Hive, so you could sell 35 for 3.5 Hive, but if you don't want to sell it, you can consume it to help your guild grow stronger faster.
3 - All players, whether VIP or not, can participate in the Conquest mode leaderboard and receive prizes. The prizes vary according to your position, but if we take the first place as an example, he receives 4x Eldritch Golem Vault, 4x Tactician Trove and 15x Yixn's Trinket II. If you sell all of these on the market, you would receive an average of 51.2 Hive at their current value.
4 - When you win a battle in Conquest mode, you will receive ANIMA, a tradable token that you can sell on Hive Engine, Beeswap or Tribaldex.
Remember that since this is in the Alpha phase, you do not need to own NFTS to play, so all players have the same chances of winning since they receive the same standard NFTS.

The Ranked mode will give you points for the leaderboard, the Unranked mode is not open, the Bot Skirmish mode is for you to play against bots and test your strategies, I recommend it if you have no experience with the game and the Challenge mode is for you to challenge another player to a match.
My rank is low because so far I have only done one ranked and I was unlucky enough to lose but let's see if I can get a good rank this week, remembering that the leaderboard resets every week.
