This is a nutritious dish that can be prepared very easily. Eggs, chickpeas and cucumber are the main ingredients of this salad and create a perfect nutritional balance. 🍀 Chickpeas 200g.
🍀 Cucumber 200g.
🍀 1 or 2 Egg.
🍀 A finely chopped onion.
🍀 3 finely chopped green chillies.
🍀 A Thinly sliced tomato.
🍀 A pinch of salt.
🍀 1 Teaspoon of pepper powder.
🍀 Some centella asiatica
Method of making.
First, soak the chickpeas in water for about 2 hours and boil them well. Meanwhile, boil the egg.
Then wash and clean Cucumber, Onion, Green Chilli, Tomato, Centella asiatica and cut into the shape you like. At the same time, cut the boiled egg into small pieces.
Then take a bowl and add boiled chickpeas, onion, cucumber, tomato, Centella asiatica, green chillies to it.
Then add some pepper powder and salt to it and mix well.
Then add pieces of egg to it and decorate it beautifully. You can collect as many eggs as you like.
