Good morning to all my HIVE friends. How are you? Today, I have brought you a delicious and nutritious dish to share. how to prepare "mallum" from turkey berries, which can be enjoyed with rice. This dish is very tasty and nutritious. Turkey berries, also known as "tibbatu," are a versatile ingredient widely used for their nutritional benefits. They are rich in iron, vitamins A and C, and antioxidants, making them good for many bodily ailments.

This is a traditional Sri Lankan dish and a delicious way to include turkey berries in your diet. So, let's take a step-by-step look at how to make a very tasty and nutritious "turkey berry mallum."

Required Ingredients...

🍀 Turkey berry 100g.
🍀 Some curry leaves.
🍀 About 3 cloves of garlic.
🍀 2 pieces of cinnamon bark.
🍀 A little chopped onion.
🍀 A few chopped green chillies.
🍀 1 cup of grated Coconut.
🍀 1/2 teaspoon of Mustard powder.
🍀 1/2 teaspoon of turmeric powder.
🍀 Salt as needed.
🍀 1/2 Teaspoon of pepper powder.

Method of making.

1 Step.
First, take the turkey berries and remove their stems. Wash and clean them thoroughly. Then, place them in a vessel, add water, a little turmeric powder, and a pinch of salt. Put the vessel on the stove and boil the berries for about 4 minutes.

2 Step.
Then take a mortar and pestle and add grated coconut, curry leaves, onion, garlic, cumin, green chillies, turmeric, pepper powder, mustard powder and a little salt and grind it well. It is made into a coconut mixture.

3 Step.
Then, put the boiled turkey berries in a pan and place it back on the stove. Add some oil to it. Using a spoon, slightly mash the turkey berries. Next, add the prepared coconut mixture to the pan. Cook for about 3 minutes, then remove from the heat.
