How are you all doing? Today, I prepared a wonderfully delicious snack to enjoy during tea time. This delightful treat is made primarily with carrots, cornflower, and jaggery, offering a unique and refreshing experience compared to the snacks we usually prepare. What’s more, it’s incredibly easy to make, and it doubles as a beautiful addition to your dining table. Whether for a casual tea break or a special gathering, this snack is sure to impress.

Required Ingredients...
🍀 2 medium sized carrots.
🍀 About 6 tablespoons of corn flour.
🍀 some water.
🍀 Two crushed cardamom pods.
🍀 1/2 cup of jagged.
🍀 3 teaspoon of margarine.
Method of making....
First, peel the carrots and wash them thoroughly to ensure they are clean. Next, cut them into small pieces.
Next, place the carrot pieces in a blender and blend them thoroughly until smooth.
Next, strain the blended carrot mixture to extract the juice and transfer it into a separate bowl.
Next, add corn flour and add half a cup of water to it and mix well.
Next, take a pan and place it on the stove. Add the grated jaggery to the pan and let it melt gently. After a short while, add about 1/2 cup of water and mix well. Continue stirring until it forms a slightly thick syrup. Once the desired consistency is achieved, remove the pan from the heat.
Next, place a pan on the stove and heat it until it is warm. Then, pour the prepared carrot juice mixture into the pan and stir continuously for about 4 minutes until it thickens evenly.
Next, add the dissolved corn flour, vanilla essence, margarine, and the prepared jaggery syrup to the pan. Mix everything thoroughly until well combined.
Next, continue mixing the mixture continuously for about 10 minutes. Once the mixture thickens to the desired consistency, remove it from the heat.
Next, prepare a flat plate by greasing it with oil or margarine. Pour the mixture onto the plate and spread it evenly into a thin layer. Once it has cooled down, cut it into pieces of your desired size.
Now, the carrot mixed delicacy is ready! This can be served as a delightful treat for guests or even enjoyed as a snack. It’s not only delicious but also nutritious.
