常備用カレー 今日は訪問看護の日でいつもならブログを書くのはお休みにしているのですが、今日は珍しく外へ出て買い物で少し気分がすっきりしたので今日の買い物について書きます。 台風10号がこれを書いている現在九州を北上しているのですが、何しろ動きが遅くて京都にはいつ来るのかわからなくて、でも確実に来襲しそうなので、非常食を買いに訪問看護師さんと買い物に行きました。訪問看護師さんは自動車で来るので、この際ついていってもらいました。 まずはホームセンターへ行きました。ホームセンターへ行ったら防災グッズのコーナーがあるだろうと思って行ったのですが、あるにはありましたが小さすぎました。それもカロリーメイトとかが多くてちょっと糖尿病患者の私には厳しいものが多かったです。その中で写真のレトルトカレーは役に立ちそうかなと思いました。他にも色々買うつもりで、これは常備用として買っておきました。 他に水とか、パックごはんとか。最近の米不足は深刻ですが、とうとうパックごはんも2セット（5パック入り）しかなく、とりあえず1セット買いました。 ちょっとホームセンターの防災グッズ売場は小さすぎてほしいものが足りなかったので、 近所のスーパーへ行きました。スーパーでは缶詰を色々、あと野菜のスムージーなど買いました。 本当はもっと防災グッズらしい乾パンとか、アルファ米とかがあるかなと思ったのですが、なくて残念でした。でもこれで今週末は引きこもり生活ができそうです。 ...
