I recall several years back when i started learning how to ride the bicycle, i always had this fantasy of others riding along the village road it was fun i loved it, wanted to Try to hard also to ride with them.

The very first time i climb the bike to ride i could barely get on the seat i fell, i was furious as to how these kids make these things to run, so i asked one of the kids to push me, while i try to gain balance, but immediately they left off, i fall off and so i was really curious and determined to ride that day, but i could not.

That night i could not sleep so i was busy all through trying to understand how these kids are able to climb on it, seat comfortably and ride the bike so easy without falling, it was always fascinating to me especially when some kids would free up their hands and not hold the handle bar to control it.

The more and more i pounder on it i began to construct patterns of possibility in my head, it was now as a challenge to me, if these other kids can ride so can i, and i will, that single determination got me, so whenever i see kids driving past me i try to persuade them to have me drive, luckily one opted to give me, after seeing how i struggled he offered to assist me, he held on to the bike to make me gain stability then gradually pushes me, telling me to press on the peddle so it can move, when he noticed my head was always down he instructed i look up front because he will leave the bicycle for me, i was now trying to grab all of the magic, seating, gaining balance, stability and control without falling off.

He then took me to somewhere like elevated ground so that when he pushed me down the slop i can try to control the bike with the while its rolling down, i agreed, my heart almost jumping to my mouth..lolz😂😆

Then we did, it was a free fall the bike was rolling down faster than i thought, i was paddling fast too, my hands were shaking, i didn't know what to do wether to turn to the left or right hand side, since it was in an open field, i tried turning it when i suddenly slip fell to the ground, injured my elbow, knee, and lots of other scratches on me, i just knew i would perfect in driving a bike.

Several other instances like this occur untill oneday it truly dawn on me, how riding Bike works which is a very simple concept and thats when i learned my life lessons.

LESSON 1
TO GAIN BALANCE YOU MUST KEEP MOVING

I carefully observe one child driving his bike and how he did it, then i realise that they don't keep it static but rather rolled it and then seat on it and then peddle it to keep up with the motion, this is what i learn from it, a lot of people have failed trying to do a thing, but that failure was a step to making them perfect im whatever it is, till they become perfect, so i understood there that life is like riding the bicycle, you have to keep moving to gain balance and drive, life is never stagnant, its alwayz moving no matter whats happening to you, you have to keep moving, it is in the process of moving that you gain your balance and take control of things around you.

LESSON TWO
STAY FOCUS TO SUCCEED

Its onething i realise after my first fall that, i needed to keep my head up stay focus to gain control, there will come a lot of distraction on our way to achieving alot but if we stay the course we will definitely achieve whats in our heart.

LESSON THREE
NEVER GIVE UP

I recall the day i fell off my bike, other kids so laughed at me, i felt so ashamed of myself, even kids i was older than knew how to ride and they were laughing at me, several other instances like that too, but i was determined to know how to, and that was it, there will come a time in life when we are pressurized to give up, all odds against us, but we must stand our ground to never let go.

LESSON FOUR
CONSISTENCY IS KEY

I cannot recall how many times i have failed trying to learn but like a stubborn child i always see myself going back, anytime i see a bike i would want to jump on it, i continued to try and try till i got it, thats how life is, Personally consistency to me is everything about success, no one becomes the best by trying on and off once in a while, that ability to be steadfast is all that matters to succeed and become whatever we desire...
