Barça president outraged by Koundé's missed penalty.
Joan Laporta went to the City of Justice in Barcelona on Monday morning to testify in a trial in which he is being investigated for alleged fraud. The president did so before leaving with the team for Lisbon, where Barcelona will play a new Champions League match against Benfica on Tuesday. Laporta did not speak anything about this judicial process, but he did speak about last Saturday's match in Getafe and more specifically about the refereeing.

"The refereeing in Getafe was a disgrace. The fact that the penalty on Koundé was not called is a scandal. And I think you should repeat it more times because the penalty on Koundé is a scandal," said the president upon leaving the court.
Uche's grab on Koundé was not punished by González Fuertes, the referee of the match, who was not called by the VAR as it was considered that the action had already been judged by the referee on the field.
He didn't say anything else. Laporta went into the car and left the City of Justice. He also didn't mention the racist shouts that Balde received throughout the match and that the player himself denounced at the end. The president limited himself to complaining about that action against the French defender.
The incident took place in the final minutes of the match when Koundé was clearly held by a rival defender who prevented him from shooting. The referee did not call for a foul and the VAR did not call him to review the play. Getafe and Barcelona tied 1-1 in last Saturday's match.
