Jayden ever since his major set back where he was being told off that he is not serious about the things he do from his form teacher, become so determined to show to others that he took pride in all the things he do.
To do so, he will not accept inferior alternatives being used. So take for example, if anyone suggested some cost reduction alternatives like an unknown but relatively cheaper brand item to be used, he will disagree as he only trust things that is of known quality. He will also ensure things are always in place in an orderly manner whenever he execute a task. In his documentation, there is clear instructions on what to do next and even in his absence, things can still run smoothly with the instructions stated in his run down etc.
While everything is good with his new way of handling things, it is not all perfect. There are people whom are not comfortable with the way he does things and also felt that he is a little too stubborn and inflexible.
Hence in all things, we should always try to be nimble and open to inputs. While keeping eyes laser focus, there are times to take a step back and discuss with others and to learn from them.
