A new guy had just moved into the neighbourhood and he quickly ascended to the role of a toxic resident.
This new guy's name is Jacob and Jacob likes to sing. While singing is not exactly a bad thing. The problem with Jacob is that he likes to sing into the middle of the night and that brought about disturbance and irritation to the neighbours.
In the early stages, it was just his vocals. But recently he bought a karaoke system and that got everyone annoyed because the amplifiers of the karaoke will pierce though the peace of the neighbourhood. Those whom need a good night of rest will get harassed by the singing.
One day, Mary whom was the most irritated by the singing came right to the power box beside Jacob's unit and trip his electric supply. And she also left a piece of paper on the supply box, "please be considerate".
