It was a warm Sunday and while I initially intended to take a full rest, I just had to get on with things I had not done in a while - i.e. replying to comments, checking the market (BTC has reached another ATH and most coins soaring), visiting my inboxes and such. Sometime during the day, the Alpha Vials of Holozing came to my attention, thanks to Acid for bringing it up.
The sale of the Alpha Vials was released on October 19th and all the while, I had thought the discount had a timeframe and I missed it. And for some frackin' reason, my common sense hadn't kicked in I didn't even confirm by logging on to my Holozing dashboard until today. Blame it on Mr. P or busyness, lol!
Anyhow, I headed to the site (this is a referral link) and secured my first at a discounted rate (31% off the regular price). Good bargain, yeah? Plus having this vial will earn me a share of the 90k ZING distributed daily to all holders.
Honestly, I have no friggin' idea when the game will be ready (forgive me, I have not been reading) and whether or not I will be playing but I guess I got FOMO'd😅 Kidding aside, I'm rooting for the project's success and looking forward to the game to go live in the sooniverse.
And while on my dashboard, I noticed some rewards and happily claimed them. It's crazy that my last visit was 3 months ago (probably before we moved to DD). Quite unbelievable too that it's been a year since the introduction of the project. And so I got another NFT which per my understanding will earn me collection rewards in the form of ZING.
A quick check on ZING's chart made me realize that the price has been dropping from its highs (it pumped for a short while sometime in October), but I'm not particularly worried. Instead, I'm hopeful my small holdings will bring some profits in the long run.
Meanwhile, I have three referred users, but the referral achievement NFT is still locked. The mechanics to this may have been previously discussed but as I mentioned above, I have not been reading so...😚
But yes, with two achievements (NFTs) claimed and one vial on my inventory, the rewards started rolling in within the day. These will add up nicely to my small stakes, yay! To me, every ZING added is a good bonus.
