Hello Hive
This is that time of the year we work harder to fulfill the agendas and plans mated out for the year in question from the beginning. This is a kind of taking stock of how far we have been into our budgets or plans.
You know, mostly every year, one has to make out plans on how to run or move forward achieving set goals 💪😂
My cassava farm cleared off from all choking weeds.
For me, this year was not exempted, from the beginning i made some plans on what to achieve, I'm grateful some has been achieved while some are yet to be achieved.
Weeding farm lands or gardens are known to be done three good times yearly. By this time of the year, farmlands supposed to have been weeded for the last time, that's the third time and I'm very happy to announce here that i have gone through the hurdles and it has been done and dusted. It was one of my set goal as well.
My cassava farm done and dusted, I'm expecting a heavy cassava hervest by next year.
You know cassava is harvested between one year to two years after planting and also doing the necessary things for it to do very well.
My cassava farm has been weeded. It's a garden turned farmland. I planted many kinda of crops here and each of the crops yielded their fruits at the appropriate time and seasons.
In the earlier stage i planted maize, pumpkins, okra, yam seedlings. All these responded to me by March/ April, i then planted these cassava that has rapidly grown tall and very healthy....take a look.
Since cassava is the only crop left in my garden before the actual time of harvesting them, it's a rule i must weed my farm which i have just done here now.
As a homesteader/farmer, this is the only serious thing you can do to sustain and allow your cassava to bear much fruits as expected. I'm very glad that I have been able to do just that.
