It's been such a while and I'm so glad to be here once again
Hope you had a really great festive season and hope the new year is treating you nicely?
Okay, today without hesitation, I want to share with you the steps I used in making this necklace for myself as a new year gift.
I'm an opportunist to be alive and out of excitement I decided to make my self this lovely necklace
And these are the materials I used while making it
- Blue beads
- Pearl color beads
- Pink color beads
- Fishing line
- Scissors ✂️
- Necklace hook etc
And the processes that guided me to making this necklace were :
Firstly I cut out my fishing line into a size that is not too small, I made it quite long so that it will contain the whole necklace process and then picked up one part of my hook and inserted it into the fishing line and made it stay at the middle so that I can have two sides of fishing line
After which I picked up 8 pink color beads into the fishing line that is I inserted four into each of the fishing line which made the total of 8
After that I picked up another pink color bead and intertwine the two fishing lines in it thereby creating a circle
This time , for one side of the fishing line I picked up two pink color bead and one blue bead into it
And for the other side of the fishing line I first inserted one white bead accompanied by two pink beads
After that I picked up another pink bead like I did in the
previous step and intertwined them together arriving at this shape
And to proceed, for one side of the fishing line I picked up two pink color beads and one blue bead into the fishing line and for the other side like I did in the previous step I picked up one white bead first and two pink color bead into the fishing line
Again I used my pink color bead to intertwine them together thereby giving me the shape
To continue ,I repeated the steps did before that is for one part of the fishing line are inserted two pink beads and vice versa
I repeated all those steps till I went all round and got to the size of my neck
This was the point where I picked up the other part of my hook into the bead and then tied it up properly
And as seen here, without wasting much time my necklace was so ready to be worn and I couldn't wait to wear it on Sunday to attend service
