Hola amigos de Hive, hace como un año compartí un breve Gameplay sobre este juego, y hoy quiero traerlo nuevamente, porque realmente es un juego muy disfrutable, bueno para los que sabemos un poco de inglés y tenemos destreza con el teclado, tal vez para quienes no, pueda ser algo frustrante, pero se trata de The Typing of the Dead, un juego diseñado para Arcade, en el que tendremos que teclear palabras para eliminar a los enemigos.
Hello friends of Hive, about a year ago I shared a brief Gameplay about this game, and today I want to bring it again, because it really is a very enjoyable game, good for those who know a little English and have skill with the keyboard, perhaps for those who do not, it can be somewhat frustrating, but it is The Typing of the Dead, a game designed for Arcade, in which we will have to type words to eliminate enemies.
Este juego fue lanzado en el año 2000, la versión original se llama The House of the Dead, para el Sega DreamCast, el cual se juega con una pistola asi como las que usábamos para jugar Duck Hunt en la NES, pero esta versión para teclado es aun más creativa y entretenida, y por supuesto su nombré cambió.

En este Gameplay, decidí jugar el escenario número 5, uno de dificultad alta, como pueden ver las palabras son bastante extensas aunque no son tan complejas de escribir, este escenario es curioso porque tiene 2 jefes, antes del jefe final del escenario, que tampoco es tan complejo, haría falta ver la dificultad en la que está configurado el juego.
In this Gameplay, I decided to play the scenario number 5, one of high difficulty, as you can see the words are quite extensive although they are not so complex to write, this scenario is curious because it has 2 bosses, before the final boss of the scenario, which is not so complex either, it would be necessary to see the difficulty in which the game is configured.
De modo que iniciamos el escenario y nos desplazamos por las calles infestadas de zombis, que nos atacan con sus manos y con distintas armas, escribimos frases como “Child on the leash” y continuamos hasta encontrarnos con el Boss del primer escenario, un gigante sin cabeza controlado por una pequeña gárgola, con la cual tendremos que luchar después de derrotar a su gigante títere, posteriormente tomamos un vehículo, y cuando nos disponemos a cruzar el puente , nos encontramos con un precipicio en el que sale el jefe del segundo escenario, un lagarto que salta y ataca de manera más rápida, aquí no se trata solo de escribir las frases, sino, estar pendientes de cuando el teclado se bloquea para saber cuándo escribir, y finalmente nos encontramos al jefe final, este no se los cuento vean lo por ustedes mismos a partir del minuto 7.
So we start the scenario and we move through the streets infested with zombies, who attack us with their hands and with different weapons, we write phrases like "Child on the leash" and continue until we meet the Boss of the first scenario, a headless giant controlled by a small gargoyle, with which we will have to fight after defeating his giant puppet, then we take a vehicle, and when we are about to cross the bridge, we find a cliff where the boss of the second scenario, a lizard that jumps and attacks faster, here it is not only to write the sentences, but to be aware of when the keyboard is blocked to know when to write, and finally we find the final boss, this I do not tell you see for yourselves from minute 7.
Este juego lo recomiendo 100%, ¿será que entra en la categoría de juegos educativos?, yo creo que sí, una forma divertida de aprender a teclear rápido, y de competir con alguien más.
