Hello Everyone.
In my last post, I shared a tragic moment that happened to us during the rescue mission of Alejandro led by Carlos, Dani, Philly, Espada(Camilia) and Miguel. Things didn't go as planned, Miguel betrayed us and all that led to the death of Espada's father Carlos Montero's death.
Now it's time to get the hell out of here. Carlos was blown to pieces by the bomb and even though Carlos sacrificed himself to save Alejandro, he was in pretty bad shape. It was Camilia, who dragged Alejandro inside the church.
But the soldiers reached the church too. The battle was so chaotic that I didn't get a single chance to open the photo mode and get some proper pictures. It was one rush after another.
The main battle began when I was close to the rendezvous point and almost out of the danger area. There were more than 50 soldiers there and fighting them was tougher than normal cause I was carrying Alejandro on my shoulder at the same time and it was so intense that Camilia got knocked down. I had to drop Alejandro for a while and revive her.
After that, we finally hit the road and Philly came to our rescue with a truck.
We got on it as soon as possible and Philly stepped on the accelerator to escape the place as fast as he could.
But, just then we were marked wanted by the special force of Castilo. And just in a few seconds, at least 20 jeeps were following us while shooting at us and some of those cars had built-in machine guns on them.
So, I took down those MPV trucks first and then focused on the other ones. But it seemed like there was no end to those because they were coming one after another.
Soon, a battle copter joined the party and it was a true pain in the ass. Unlike, Far Cry 5 where you can just kill the pilot by shooting through the glass, in Far Cry 6 you need to fully destroy the helicopter to take it down. And an easy trick is to shoot at the engine. Yet, it takes hell of a time.
I had to use all my guns but still, I couldn't make their numbers less.
So, I tested a theory in the end and surprisingly it worked. In the game, if you put the trees or mainly the plantations on fire, it spreads quickly and burns the whole part of that area. So, I put fire on the fields and trees using my flame thrower gun and the fire burned all the enemy vehicles along with the drug plantations.
At the same time, Alejandro's health was turning bad and bad by the time. So, we took some shortcuts through the forest and trees to reach the camp as fast as possible.
There's some more left of this mission but those are some sad and serious moments. I wanted to keep this action part separate. I'll share that part soon in my next post.
