Today I want to share with you my today's recipe which is quick and filling yet very tasty - One Pot Cheesy White Sauce Pasta.
Basically I am invented this recipe for my kids for the busy days because when kids are hungry, they can not wait at all and I can not let them have any fast food junk, this is a quick recipe having the goodness of all the nutrients and its having veggies too, so its win win for me. 🤷♀️
So let's get started with the preparation and process.

INGREDIENTS

🔸️ Choice of Pasta - 250 Gm
🔸️ Onion - 2 Nos.
🔸️ Red Bell Peppers - 1/2 Cup
🔸️ Yellow Bell Pepper - 1/2 Cup
🔸️ Broccoli - 1 Cup
🔸️ Garlic - 4 Cloves
🔸️ Butter - 1 Cube
🔸️ Milk - 200 ML
🔸️ Plain Flour - 1.5 Tablespoon
🔸️ Cheese Triangle - 4 Nos
🔸️ Cheese Slices - 2 Nos
🔸️ Dry Oregano - 1.5 Teaspoon
🔸️ Red Chili Flakes - 1.5 Teaspoon
🔸️ Salt - As per the taste

PREPARATION
☘☘☘☘☘☘☘☘☘☘☘☘☘☘☘☘☘
Chop broccoli and blanch it in the boiling water.
Chop red and yellow bell pepper and onions in square pieces.
Mince garlic.

PROCESS
☘☘☘☘☘☘☘☘☘☘☘☘☘☘☘☘☘
Heat butter in the pan.
Add minced garlic.
Once the garlic turns aromatic, add plain flour.
Fry until cooked and turns light brown.
Add milk in the pan.
Stir continuously until sauce turns little thick and creamy.
Now add uncooked pasta in the sauce. I used fusilli pasta but any choice of pasta can be used.
Now add chopped onions, peppers and broccoli in the pan.
Mix everything properly.
Now add seasoning - oregano, chilli flakes and salt.
Add water till the level of pasta and vegetables.
Add cheese triangles.
Cover and cook until pasta becomes soft and firm.
Now add cheese Slices in the pasta to make it more cheesy.
Cover for few more minutes so that cheese will melt.
Our pasta is ready now.
Serve hot because pasta tastes best when hot. You can sprinkle some chili flakes and oregano on top of it and enjoy your hot and cheesy pasta.
