Hello, friends! How's everyone doing? Today, I'm excited to share our Saturday weekend bonding with you. We're all set for a little relaxation and some quality bonding time. It’s all about creating sweet memories with the family. We’ve decided to spend the day at the Westown Lagoon in Mandaue City Cebu, our hometown's popular swimming pool. It’s the perfect spot to unwind, have fun, and enjoy each other’s company.
This is what you’ll see as soon as you arrive here – a clean and inviting guest lounge, the perfect place to wait for your friends to arrive and catch up. It’s a cozy spot where you can relax, enjoy a comfortable seat, and feel at home while anticipating the fun moments ahead.
There’s also a koi fish pond near their stairs, right by the entrance, which is the first thing you'll see as you enter. The sight of the koi fish swimming peacefully adds a calming touch to the atmosphere, setting a serene and welcoming vibe as you step into this beautiful place.
As we arrived at the place, my kids were so excited to jump straight into the swimming pool. Just like before, we’ve always loved swimming, whether it’s in a pool or the sea—any kind of water as long as we can swim. We don’t mind getting tanned, as long as we’re enjoying the water.
This is the smile that fills my heart with so much joy. My heart is overflowing with happiness because I was able to grant my child's simple request to swim in the pool. It's something they always ask for—whether it's a pool or the beach, they never stop dreaming of a swim. Every time I see that smile, it reminds me that the simplest things can bring the greatest happiness.
There’s also a little playground and park for the kids who get tired of swimming. They can head over to the swings or hang out in the little park, where there’s a group of Hello Kitty, Minnie Mouse, Donald Duck, and their friends. In this place, you can really feel relaxed because there’s so much to see and do.
Let’s take a stroll around the area and immerse ourselves in the serenity of the surroundings. With every step, you’ll feel the peaceful vibe, the fresh air, and the beautiful scenery that make this place truly special. It’s the perfect escape from the hustle and bustle, where you can relax, unwind, and enjoy nature’s beauty at its finest. You’ll find lots of people swimming, some celebrating birthdays, and everyone having a great time. It’s the perfect spot to unwind, enjoy the cheerful atmosphere, and soak in the joy of being surrounded by so much happiness and fun.
We had such a great time swimming, and as we all know, there’s an entrance ticket that comes with a free beverage. So, we decided to make the most of it and head over to their mini bar for a refreshing drink.
