Forecast Changes
We cannot really find an absolutely accurate weather forecast nowadays. It is still prone to changes as observed from recent forecast. Typhoon's paths has been changing as well as the time of its landfall and speed. Yes, we can't give our full trust on the forecast but it can serve as warning so we can prepare for the impending storm.

It's a stormy Monday because of the typhoon which has already made its landfall in Aurora area. Gloom is what's being observed, and there's a need to be vigilant because we don't know what will the typhoon bring us. All we can hope is everyone's safety, or the typhoon won't cause damages and casualties.
Sunny Before the Typhoon
Yes, it's sunny before the typhoon. However, it's noticeable from the waves of the beach that it's not yet the time for calm. There are strong waves when went to the beach. The weather is good though because it's sunny, but we love the breeziness.
