Rains and Floods
So our country is experiencing extreme rains and floods again being triggered by the typhoon which entered the Philippine territory. It rained for several hours yesterday in our place, flood waters leaked inside the house for the fourth time this year.
Tuesday
So we're experiencing heavy rains again, but it stopped few hours ago. I went downstairs when I heard the mobile bakery coming. I waited for more than 15 minutes when the audio recording of the mobile bakery began to fade. I was frustrated because it means I need to cook for breakfast. It happened a lot of times that I'd rather prepare rice for breakfast than buying from them.

We call this in our own dialect as "arurusip" which is a kind of seaweed. It tastes so good!
A good combo! Boiled eggplants, tomatoes, mangoes, and salted eggs.
Sauteed prawns, and it has a lot of crispy garlic on it.
Loving this sweet and sour fish fillet!
Of course, my favorite! Baked pasta particularly penne!
