Stress and Rest
Life might keep you occupied with a lot of activities. It might bring us stress that can be detrimental to our health in the long run. Always remember, you need a balance that can eventually help you to manage stress. Allot time to rest and de-stress. During such time, forget about stress. You'll surely be invigorated, and it will be much easier to deal with stressful situation.
Monday
I was disrupted from sleep last night when my throat itched for a while. I'm glad I had a better morning than it was the past few ones. The mucous buildup on my chest is loosening, and I hope it will go on. Thank God, I had longer sleep as well.
It's gloomy this morning, and there'd been rain showers. I hope it won't trigger any allergies or asthma on my end.
A Month Ago
This was a month ago when we went to Bugallon. I miss the town because we're unable to come for a visit for months. It's still mainly rural despite advancing as a first class municipality (from third) in our province.
