Volunteering
One of the good things to do for self care is volunteering. When in such activity, your social skills will improve. I am involved in voluntary work which includes teaching, particularly in the sign language field. We also volunteer in a vocational school for persons with disability. I also got involved in construction work volunteering. Yes, it's fulfilling even without a payment.
Sunday
I got up from bed around 7am, and prepared our breakfast. Afterwards, we headed to Dagupan City for our weekend meeting in sign language.
We also taught our deaf students, and arranged the publications in our hall. We got home around mid-afternoon, and I'm glad we didn't encounter the rain while on our way home.
Last Saturday
We went to the town of Sta. Barbara last Saturday, and the weather isn't that good. The sun is shining, and then the rain fell. It happened multiple times, even while going home, thus we got wet from rain showers.
