The ink well fiction. Party to Remember

in #hive-1707989 days ago

My head was filled with the sound of music. The loudspeaker gave the beat just as it was, making everyone lose some sense of reason. All I did was move my body stylishly according to the rhythm of the music.

It was a party I will forever live to remember as it was my first, people were dancing, not minding what the time was, I glanced at my wrist watch. It was already 8:45 pm. It's still early. I say to myself knowing fully well that I am just lying to myself, “When it's 9pm I will leave, that's another procrastination I have said to myself some 50 minutes ago.

I couldn't leave what I was enjoying as I probably might not get to enjoy again.
Now this was not all about the music I had a girl right in front of me dancing and giving it to me back to back like her ass was so soft that I couldn't control but hold tightly her waist moved swiftly according to the rhythm it was just a night filled with fun. The way she dances close to me tells me she also enjoys my company.

It was no regular girl but someone I have been crushing on for quite a long time. She knew I am not the kind of regular guy as I hardly speak to ladies so it was a golden opportunity for me to shoot my shot.

I just turned 18 and should be left to enjoy adulthood.

A friend walked up to me while I was still procrastinating and dancing “ Hi, Sam you've not gone home?” That question brought me back to reality as I tried to see what the time was.

“Shit !” I knew I was already in trouble as it was 10:24 pm as my mum will almost skin me alive staying out this late means death in my house as my typical African mum expects everyone to be at home at 7pm.

Hmmm!!!

Without any further hesitation I whispered in her ears (my long time crush) “I love You” then I quickly left the party ground, I was happy right inside of me but then it was a mix feeling because I know the house I am going back to, it's either my leg, my hand or even my head must be broken.

I hurriedly walked down home and got to the house, funny enough the gate was not locked.

I stood outside the gate for a while thinking of how best to make my move but there is no better way than to just open the gate, walk in and then face whatever consequences that were to come.

I walked in and right at the front door I stood to hear them discuss what my punishment will be. I knew already that I was in deep shit but all I needed to do was accept whatever that came. So I summoned the courage and walked into the sitting room.

“Good evening sir, Good evening ma” as I made my way straight to my room but then a voice came up.

“Sam” I paused. It was my father's voice, this night will be a memorable one, I said to myself. “Sir” I answered him.

“Come back here” and where are you coming from?

The question came as if to say they never knew where I was. “I am coming back from Joe’s birthday party. This is a friend they know very well.

“What Is the time?” Another question popped up.

I raised my head to look at the wall clock in the sitting room. That was when I realised that I spent close to 30 mins outside the house as it was already some few minutes to 11.

“Kneel Down,” he proceeded to keep you in a position where running is almost impossible. I knelt down then he asked me to raise my hands which I did. He never said a word. It was actually disgraceful being punished right in front of your younger siblings.

But I was super lucky that night as that was all I did just for some few minutes before I was given a serious warning not to ever try that again but that can only be when I was still staying with them.

Now I stay on my own so I have got liberty to go for an all night clubbing and no one will question me.

My first party that I have got to rock and ass came with a punishment. I wonder what would have happened if they had come to see what I was actually doing there.

My African folks can imagine with me. Hahahaha.

haha...What a desperate situation for the boy. At that age you want to be quite free and partying until all hours and living with your parents is impossible 😂.

I was surprised by your parents' reaction, I didn't think they would reprimand you for being a little late. But I understand that you knew the rules.
When we don't have our parents around, freedom can be an opportunity to learn that only we ourselves know what is right or wrong.
Enjoying a party under these conditions can be fabulous.
Greetings @iyimoga

Greetings @iyimoga, it really must be horrible to live under such pressure.
Me akegra you have left your home.
But, from what I read, it seems like a personal hidtoria and not a fictional story.
My greetings.

Why did the art thief's vehicle run out of fuel?
He had no Monet to buy Degas to make the Van Gogh
