Nature is a natural medicine, it is a natural stress reliever giving you peace of mind and will make you relax for a while.
Beach is one of nature's gift for human kind and most of us really loves to visit and be in beach.
For today's blog I will share to you one of the great beach in Maasim Sarangani Province that we visited and enjoyed recently.
BG BEACH RESORT
BG Beach Resort is located at Sitio Linao, Barangay Tinoto, Maasim Sarangani Province. You can reach there by riding a motorcycle, by car, by bus or.any transportation that you have. Since we don't have our own transportation, we just rented an all in van (gasoline, driver and rent) which is good for 16 passengers for 3,000.00 or around $53 from Polomolok South Cotabato to BG Beach Resort and vice versa.
Seeing this landscape or decoration means that you already reached BG Beach Resort.
You will also noticed their wide parking area where your vehicle could park properly.
They also have a big waiting area near the entrance and exit gate.
Here is their entrance and exit gate for swimmers and visitors.
Upon entrance you need to pay for entrance fee and cottage fee.
ENTRANCE FEE
50.00 or $0.90 for adult
30.00 or $0.54 for Kids, PWD and senior citizens.
Little children is free for entrance
COTTAGE
We avail their regular cottage for 1,000.00 or $17.86 with electricity connection for free.

Along their entrance you can see announcements, rules and regulations and even posters or advertisements of their other services.
Upon entering, you will be also welcomed by this decoration where you can also start having some selfie.
CANTEEN
They also have a canteen or a store inside the beach resort where you can buy what you need and some essentials. We even bought dishwashing liquid and sponge here because we forgot to bring one.
PISO WIFI
They also have a Piso wifi if you want to connect for internet and connect with your family and friends even when you are in the beach. You just need to insert a coin.
SHOWER ROOM, TOILET, DRESSING AND WASHING AREA
The shower room, toilet, dressing room and washing area are located in one place. I like the shower and dressing room because it is clean and well maintained. Boys and girls are separated in different areas.
The washing area is simple yet clean and you will be comfortable using it.
ROOMS
They also have rooms to stay in just in case you want to stay there for relaxation or vacation.
BISTRO
The resort also have a BG BISTRO where you can buy and enjoy some beer, coffee, juice and they also have short orders. You can also enjoy some ice cream too. The bistro is just small yet organized. It is a quiet place and you can relax too.
COTTAGES
Cottages are in similar color and sizes. I love the color because it is bright and refreshing in the eyes. Colors in the green family is one of my favorites.
Cottages are clean and well maintained. You can book ahead of time if you want to choose cottages near the beach.
The walkway between cottages are clean and well maintained too. Morning and afternoon you can see people cleaning. The garbage near cottages are collected regularly.
BEACH
The beach is so wide, clean, and refreshing too. You will enjoy the white sand and pebbles.
They have a big space where visitors can enjoy playing too.
The water is blue, green and so clear. The surroundings is clean.
You can even enjoy seeing the fish swimming because of the clear water.
They also put some reminders for the rules to follow in the beach such as caring and saving for the mangroves, no eating near the water, no littering, no drinking of alcoholic drinks, no smoking, no urinating and climbing on the trees and putting some hammock is prohibited there.
NATURE
Being at BG Beach Resort will also allow you to enjoy nature. Aside from the refreshing air from the beach you will also enjoy the fresh air from the trees as well as from the mangroves. You can sit below the trees and enjoy it's shade and the fresh air they produced.
You can also find big rocks and different rock formations.
You can also find different living creatures in the water such as fish, star fish, crabs, shells and see urchin.
SPOT FOR PICTURE TAKING OR SELFIES
BG Beach Resort also created some spot for picture taking so that visitors will really have a picture souvenir from the place.
This is located in the center of the beach. This portrays the resort name using a cement but it looks like a wood because of its brown color paint.
A horse with a cart where family can ride. This reminds every visitor or tourist to Leave nothing but footsteps. This helps promotes the cleanliness of the beach asking everyone to leave nothing except foot prints in the sand.
Here is also a moon, maybe it is shining in the evening because we can see lamp in there.
Here's one, I don't know it's name, lol. Can you identify what is this?
Love is also in the beach as love is everywhere, right?
Here's another one that says something about the beach. It says hear the ocean, play the waves, feel the breeze, sea life's beauty or they mean see life's beauty, watch the sunset and smell the sea.
People are also climbing in this spot visiting what is above.
Here's a place for the life guard, it was created at the top of the rock. It is not tree house but I think a rock house.
Going home, you will see this that says Daghang Salamat, Balik balik mo. It is Cebuano our own dialect that means in english Thank you so much, please come again.
