Art Process
Start with a rough sketch of the pose and facial expression. The pose I imagine would be the character is looking at her right shoulder. The hair would be like a fly away style. One the background would be blurry trees and some lights coming from the left side. For the lineart, I used a pencil-textured brush.
I applied the base colors using the color-pick tool from the card. I then worked with the gradient using airbrush. Next, I used a textured brush for the waist accents and the pendant.
On top in a clipped layer, I used a flat brush and airbrush for the highlights. I gave an orange glow on the cape and onto the face using an airbrush. I applied some darker shadows on the neck, under the bust, and on the corners.
Final Art
On the background is a group of trees in blur mode. I put some yellow-green glow for some dimension. In front, I added floating lights for some details.
