Little things can get some people to feel bad and depressed.
Which, if not controlled it might lead to suicide or the urge to engage in unpleasant habits.
That's why it is necessary to care about our friends and to often ask about their wellbeing.
The little gestures we show for each other really matter a lot.
It is also necessary to speak to someone when there is a need for it.
Don't lock everything inside, it will weigh you down.
Make happiness and healthy mental health your main priority in life, we owe ourselves that.
My Friday started well, the weather was sunny and bright.
I prepared and went for the scheduled CDS, it is actually my first time attending it.
Because it has been on pause for a while now.
I got there a bit late and was able to locate our point of meeting.
After the group meeting, we were asked to sit together for a brief talk, which was beneficial.
But the information came in late.
Coming back, I stopped by the market to get some food ingredients.
The weather changed, and it started raining.
I sha got wet and was able to get home safely, I undressed and washed the clothes I wore.
Before processing to cook and started my safely assessment.
I was feeling perhaps, and I was able to talk to a friend about it.
I felt relieved and better after the talk.
My Friday ended with other random activities, I did slept late.
But I felt alright about my day.
I am so grateful to God for his continuous grace and mercies upon my life 🙏
