a few days ago, I and other teachers or friends where I work took part in an event, namely a teacher competency test in one of the buildings or one of the schools, in this case we jointly carried out this activity in terms of improving the competency or quality of teachers in the school. In this case, we use a computer or laptop to answer several questions given by our affairs office and we also have to be present at the school on time because we will be tested using or given several questions for us to answer and these questions must be ready. exactly at the specified time and then we will know the value we obtained with This value means that the competency and ability of the teacher will be known and if there is a deficiency in obtaining this value, the teacher will be pledged or given further education.
As we know, a teacher is one of the educational personnel who provides knowledge from teachers to students and every year these teachers will be tested for their competency and the quality of the teacher will be tested so that this teacher is not only tasked with teaching but must have the qualities as recommended. With these qualities, it will have a big influence on their students or students
Therefore, the government in my country almost every year always tests teachers' abilities or teacher competencies by providing training and also giving questions so that they will find out which teachers are competing or who are highly qualified teachers and who These teachers will then be provided with sufficient funds so that they can improve their standard of living and have very good finances
That's why we, all teachers in Indonesia, are encouraged to always take these exams and with these exams, the government will know the quality of these teachers and if the quality is lacking, it will be improved by providing training or seminars on improving teacher quality so that teachers These teachers will be teachers who compete and have the abilities expected by the government
a teacher who has good competence or quality will have an influence on his students so that his students will later become students who will have very good knowledge and abilities and they will have better qualities than other friends so that graduates will not be disturbed by those with good qualities. will appear very skilled and have noble morals
