I was back at Mount Cook last month after my first time experience of being up there in July and got lost driving back down from the mountain with fog in darkness. It was such an experience I will always remember.
This time around, I didn't get lost. We spent about four hours up there, and the weather did the same thing it did when I was up there the first time (weather changes quickly up there).
The clouds can roll in quickly on you from my experience there, and when that starts to happen, it gets colder. It remains a very tough mountain to drive up and down for me. Some parts of the mountain are so steep second gear ⚙️ just wouldn't go unless I drop down to first gear.
Aside the challenges of driving up the mount Campbell summit, the views are just too beautiful than how my camera 📷 have photographed it. Perhaps it could be that we are too high up.
This was one of my adventurous moments from last month on the job capture in photos and video.
