Joe Biden has finally decided to withdraw from the US presidential election. I doubt anyone was looking forward to that. People expected him to go all out in an all-triple thread match with Donald Trump, the royal rumble that the American people were looking forward to, but as a sitting President, I believe he has finally decided to make this decision.
I believe his health condition is one of the reasons. The job of a public servant is difficult; I understand that as President, he may not be doing much, but competing for a second term will take a toll on him, and his doctors may not be advising him on that right now.
Of course, it makes sense to end his term. However, there have been reports of him falling in public and experiencing other health issues. Competing with Trump will be difficult; the man (Trump) is fired up and ready, and given the recent assassination attempts, which have strangely placed him in a strong position, I believe Biden is not in a good position to face Trump right now.
However, it is more about health than anything else; Biden has expressed a strong desire for a second term, but I believe his health will not allow it. To be completely honest, Kamala Harris will be a much easier opponent for Trump it's how politics works, she might be a fantastic politicians and all that, but Biden is a political figurehead ans holds more grounds.
I might be wrong, but it's mostly how politics work, and it might be different in the US. However, She is gotten the endorsement, and I am sure she is fired up to go, but if it is not Biden, Trump may only have one shot. I do not know how the US electorate thinks, and I do not even pretend to; it is a complicated situation.
I am not particularly enthusiastic about Biden or Trump.
Many people believe Trump will be good for cryptocurrency, but I disagree
Trump is just as anti-crypto as Biden; the latter may be worse, but not too far from Biden. You may be wondering why crypto bros are so interested in the US elections.
It is not because anyone cares; it is just that a portion of the US population is heavily invested in cryptocurrency, which is why the US sec can easilyFUD the market.
Aside from that, I believe the US elections have taken another turn now that Biden has dropped out.
One thing I know is that if Trump eventually wins, I do not think he will FUD the market as much as Biden would have, but it remains to be seen if there will be another twist. I am not sure if there will be any more twists in the United States' two-party system.
Why The Dislike For Biden?
One thing that always surprises me is how many people dislike Biden, calling him one of the worst-performing presidents in history. There has been talk about some shady dealings in which he has been involved, including with his son.
I am not sure what else, but aside from being anti-crypto, I have no negative feelings toward his government, and only an American electorate will be able to explain why, but that is a topic for another discussion.
Aside from cryptocurrency I am not sure how well Biden has served the United States as a whole, but I do not think he has done too badly given that he won the election in the first place. However, everything is poised for crypto in 2024.
