I Got Another Bundle

in #hive-14021715 days ago

I was minding my own business when Aimee asked if I saw the message she sent me. I hadn't but went and checked and it was a listing on the buy and sell.

21 PS3 games, listed for €2 each. I flicked through the sellers other listings and saw she had a few PS4 games too, and a PS2 game.

I shot her a message, and asked if it was still available, and when she said yes, I asked if I could buy the whole lot together.

Here are the PS3 games.

There are a few in this bundle which I actually wanted to play back in the day, which I never got a chance to.

Last of Us, and L.A Noir, as well as the Killzone games.

All of the games are in great condition, and come complete with maps, and manuals.

This is an example right here, Skyrim, in great condition, complete with the map, and manual.

I've always loved the map for this game, it feels fairly rough and good quality compared to other maps/ posters some games come with.

I remember this game from back in the day.

It was out around the same time as Little Big Planet, and I remember seeing it on some of the gaming tv shows which were on back around that time.

I never played it, but since buying this bundle, now I have a chance.

Here are the three PS4 games.

I actually have a PS4, curtesy of Aimee's dad, who wasn't using it anymore.

I'd like to give Black Flag a go, and Far Cry 4 is one I played but never completed.

These were €3 each, which is really good. I'll list them, and have a play of them as I wait and see if there are any bites.

Here is another one I got.

Now, this one was €10, but tends to go for around €20 - €25.

I haven't had a chance to go through all of the games, but I'm set to earn a few bob from this bundle.

This one comes with a manual, guide, and a the disc, and box are in great condition.

I've never played any of the Resident Evil games, so I might have a go of it while I wait for it to sell.

These two were in there too, inside another games box.

It's disc 4 of Final Fantasy, and Smackdown 2. I have no idea if anyone would buy the Final Fantasy disc, but Smackdown might get a buyer.

I'll put them up and see what happens.

Buying The Bundle

So far, I've listed only about 50 games, and have sold 21 so far. I really need to get the rest of them up, and online, because they could be sitting up there for a few months, but eventually someone comes along and is looking for it.

Between building the work, odd jobs and gigs, building the Lego sets, doing family stuff, and in general not being home, I haven't really had a chance to clean, photograph, or list much stuff, but I really need to get on it, and get the rest of these things up there.

I've had a good spout of consistent sales for the last couple of weeks, but really need more stuff up there.

Sort:

Congrats on getting these lots. I used to grab lots of PS3 and Xbox 360 games all the time before the pandemic hit (after that, the prices just got stupid in my area for common games).

Still some great deals out there, just have to be more patient now.

100% There are still some great deals to be had. I just keep an eye out occasionally, and see what's going, and if it's something I'm really interested in I try to work out a deal.

I think since they closed the digital store on the 360, the games have kind of increased a bit, especially for physical copies.

It's amazing how cheaply you can pick up old games, CDs and DVDs these days and they were pricey to buy originally. Good luck with your online selling.

Thanks man, I'm really close to breaking even on the money I put into picking up stuff, and the bits I needed to start doing it. Once I reach that point, everything else is just profit, and I have a ton more stuff to sell.

Sometimes I get lucky with it and come across people selling everything for a flat rate per item, and sometimes I come across bundles where people have priced their stuff accordingly, and I avoid those ones, unless it's something I want for myself, or we can work out a deal.
