Hello everyone. How are you today? I hope all is well with you and your family. In this post I will take everyone to see another rural village in my district. This village is called Mae Mao Khilek Village. Mae Mao Khilek Village is a local Thai village. This village is in San Sai Subdistrict, Fang District, Chiang Mai Province. This village is on a rural road and about 4 kilometers from highway 107. But about 22 kilometers from my house.
Even though the village is in the rural area of district Bur Mae Mao Khilek Village is a thriving village. The community area of the village has the school, the health center and many shops. I take everyone to see the community area of the village first.

Mae Mao Khilek Village is a village where the majority of people are buddhist. The place for religious ceremonies for the village people is the temple. And the temple of this village is called Wat Kongka Nimit. Wat Kongka Nimit is another temple in the countryside that beautiful and ancient. This temple was built around AD 1886 or about 138 years ago.

Finally I took everyone to see some of the farms of the people in this village.
