Hello everyone. How are you today? I hope all is well with you and your family. In this post I moved from Mueang Na Subdistrict to Mueang Ngai Subdistrict, Chiang Dao District. My wife and I visited many temple in this subdistrict. We didn't plan this trip. But we intended to drive around Muang Ngai Subdistrict and visit the temples we passed. One of these temples we visited was Wat Amparam. Old temple more than 200 years old.
Brief information about the temple. Wat Amparam is the common monastery of the Thai community in the countryside. This temple was allowed to be established as a temple in AD 1796 or about 229 years ago. But the temple just received royal granting of the land to a particular temple by announcing in royal decree in AD 2007 or 18 years ago.

Wat Amparam sign. Temple sign made of wood, Looks simple. And in front of the temple there are also many chicken statues.

In front of the temple there is a statue. Statue of Lady Kaew Manee. I don't know who is lady this.

The entrance to the temple has an arch. This arch is made of bricks and spread cement on bricks and painted, decorated with simple gold color patterns. There are also two white lion statues on the pillars between the entrance. Two lion statues create in the Lanna art style.

The highlight of the temple is the ordination hall (ubosot). The ordination hall (ubosot) is made of bricks with spread cement on bricks and painted white. And this ordination hall (ubosot) is the ordination hall (ubosot) in the Lanna art style as well. Looks unique in the original Lanna style.

The temple's buddha image hall (viharn). Unfortunately, I was not able to take a photo of the front of this buddha image hall (viharn). But I think the front of this buddha image hall (viharn) should be similar to the buddha image hall (viharn) of other temples. The only difference is in the decorative pattern.

The side of the buddha image hall (viharn).

Behind the buddha image hall (viharn) is a gold color pagoda. This pagoda has a polygonal base. The bottom and middle of the pagoda are also polygonal. But in the middle of the pagoda there are buddha images standing on all 4 sides. The top of the pagoda is in the shape of the bell with tierred umbrella.

Small monk statue hall. This hall is built in the Lanna art style.

In addition, Inside the other temple area is under construction. So my wife and I didn't walk to the construction area and section containing the monks' living quarters.

These are the stories and photos I want to share for this post. Invite everyone to see and enjoy my stories and photos. Please forgive any errors/mistakes. Have a great day. See you next time. Thank you for your support and visiting my post. Bye 🤗
