Hello everyone. How are you today? I hope all is well with you and your family. In this post, I take everyone to see the longan orchard, the home garden and the food my wife cooked again. This morning my wife and I have free time after we sent our son and granddaughter to school. We haven't been to the longan orchard in several days and my wife needs vegetables to cook lunch for today too. So we planned to walk to the our longan orchard (distance 600 meters).
This year there is more fog than every year. The morning atmosphere in the our village and longan orchard was foggy, even though it was almost 9:00 AM.
We walked around our longan orchard for almost an hour to admire the atmosphere of the longan orchard and the vegetables grown here. Although I rarely grow new vegetables here. But in the longan orchard there are many types of vegetables. I will take everyone to see my vegetables. Let's go.

There are also other vegetables too such as acacia pennata, ceylon spinach, morning glory, Ivy gourd, culantro, ginger and galangal. I used to take pictures of them. So I didn't take photos them today.
My wife harvests some vegetables from here to cook for lunch. She harvests purple eggplants.

We walked to the home and walked around the home garden. My wife also harvests lemons, basil, winged beans, and hyacinth beans in the home garden to cook lunch.
Basil is outside the house on the front wall.

Many banana trees in the home garden bear fruit.

I took everyone to the backyard to look at our chickens.
Our lunch was made from harvested vegetable ingredients on today, my wife cooks simple meals as always. The first dish was spicy stir-fried purple eggplant and hyacinth beans with pork.
Ingredients : spicy stir-fried purple eggplant and hyacinth beans with pork.

- shrimp paste
- garlic sugar
- oil
- oyster sauce
- pork flavour seasoning powder
- basil
Chop the purple eggplant and hyacinth beans. Put a pan on the stove and heat the oil. Then fry the purple eggplant and hyacinth beans in the pan until cooked.
Crush the garlic, bird's eye chilli and shrimp paste using a pestle and mortar to make curry paste. Then put the pan on the stove and heat the oil again. Add the curry paste to the pan and stir-fry until the curry paste is cooked.
Then add the pork in the pan and stir-fry the pork mixed with curry paste until the pork is cooked. Season with oyster sauce, sugar and pork flavour seasoning powder.
Put the purple eggplant and hyacinth beans in the pan, stir-fry for a while.
Then put the basil in the pan.
Stir-fry for a while and turn off the stove.
Spicy stir-fried purple eggplant and hyacinth beans with pork.
Finally the second dish for our lunch, the wife cooked papaya salad again (There is no recipe for papaya salad). Take a look, the atmosphere of my wife's making papaya salad.
