I'm going a bit slow with taxes, and I'm going to do what I shouldn't: blame something. The summer is manifesting with excessive heat, yesterday the heat index was 44°C in the shade, and I ended up with a headache and went to sleep instead of working on my taxes.
Today the heat is overwhelming again, and alerts should be issued for people to take precautions, especially foreigners who might be in Paraguay these days.
