So friends, today I have something "different" - yet again!
So today I took the Green bike out and rode over to the Park got some interesting photos for sure, but...
As I was coming up the street from the Park I found this little Guy,

He was in the street and not looking so good so... I caught it and put it in my shirt pocket and rode home.
No Issues at all!
I have contacted the local animal shelters - they want nothing to do with it. I called around a 45 mile radius - "nope", "might have bird flu"??? So...

And the shot that makes me question "Google Lens". I ran a few of these through Lens, same result - "Spotted Dove". Really looks like something else to me.

But, I am glad I got to save it's life! In the road it's life expectancy would be short. Either by an as*hole in a car (totally illegal here) that would run it over, or the constant prowling of feral Cats would have gotten him. I am "Sure" on that one.
So for now it is here. I will see what I can do - there are people here with Doves so you never know.
On the flip side, I don't think it wants to go anywhere at all so we'll see.
I will also see what type of specific food I should get for it.
And that's about it for today and I am glad this little guy is still #aliveandthriving!
