Today is September 1 of the year 2024 and like every first day of the month:

• I like to publish a post in which I check and share my progress on Hive

• I like to share a little focus on the value of the HIVE token

• I like to participate in the Hive Power Up Day initiative which is a nice recurring initiative of every first day of every month.

• I like to set and share my resolutions for the month just started.

I discovered Hive through a paid online course that I purchased in early 2019.
On March 5, 2019, I created my Hive account and today, September 1, 2024, it has been 5 years, 5 months and 27 days since I became a Hiver.

Among the blockchain projects I have known over the years, Hive has been and still is my favorite blockchain project because there are so many activities I like to do on Hive:

• I like to write content on my Hive blog
• I like to interact with other Hive authors
• I like to play Hive games, which as of 2021 have become the main and recurring topic on my Hive blog.

If I devote time to a project, to a platform, to a game it means that it has value for me and that is why I look at the current market value of the HIVE token as an opportunity to be even more active on Hive and to try to accumulate as many HIVE tokens as possible because I want to increase my Hive Power (HP) to increase

One month ago, on August 1, 2024, 1 HIVE had a value = $0.2108 and was at place 341 considering the Market Cap

Today, September 1, 2024 1 HIVE has a value = $0.2108 and is at the 354 place considering the Market Cap

In a time interval of 31 days (August 1, 2024 - September 1, 2024) the value of the HIVE token decreased by -0.0336$ = -15.94%

The HIVE token has lost 15.94% of its dollar value in a 31-day interval but its historical average market value is about $0.45 and most importantly Hive has many utilities and many more utilities than many other blockchain projects and platforms whose tokens have much higher market values.

For all these reasons I consider the current market value of the HIVE token to be a very underestimated value and very undervalued in relation to the many utilities that Hive has (this is my personal opinion and is not financial advice).

In my opinion what Hive lacks most to be even more useful, competitive and attractive are applications.

Hive needs developers and applications and the way to incentivize developers to create applications on Hive is to have smart contracts, which Hive does not have yet.

The good news is that smartcontracts on Hive are under development and when they are implemented they will close a gap that Hive has had until now compared to technically inferior blockchain platforms.

While I await with much interest the arrival of smart contracts on Hive I continue to focus on increasing my Hive Power (=HIVE staked) because Hive Power is the element that measures the influence of an account on Hive and I want to have more and more influence within my favorite blockchain project.

While I look forward with much interest to the implementation of smartcontracts on Hive my focus is on increasing my Hive Power (=HIVE staked).
Relative to my Hive Power, on January 1, 2024, I have set two goals:

• an intermediate goal: to reach Orca status.

• an annual goal: to reach 75K HP by the end of the year 2024.

During the month of June, I reached my intermediate goal because I acquired Orca status.

About 3 months ago I decided to use part of the earnings I obtain from my gaming activity in Hive games to do Hive Power Up and thus speed up my path to 75k HP.

For example, on August 23, I used my monthly earnings in SPS tokens that I got from playing on Splinterlands in this way:

• 50% to increase my amount of SPS staked
• 50% to increase my Hive Power

As long as the value of the HIVE token is below its historical average value I will apply the same strategy for all the games I play.

Today I also converted 58.4 SWAP.HIVE to HIVE to make an even bigger Hive Power Up.
I chose to use the Convert feature of BeeSwap for the conversion.

Today is the ninth Hive Power Up Day (HPUD) of the year 2024.

Hive Power Up Day is a nice initiative that I like to participate in every first day of the month, and it is also an initiative that I cherish because I am a HIVE stakeholder and a Hive lover!

Today I made a Hive Power Up = 198.97 HIVE -> +198.97 HP.

With my participation today in Hive Power Up Day, that makes 24 consecutive participations of mine and I don't plan to stop!
With my participation today in Hive Power Up Day I will also receive my 42nd badge at https://hivebuzz.me/.

Thanks to the Power Up I did today, I reached an amount of 65094.78 HP.

To achieve 75K HP and reach my annual goal I still need to accumulate 9905.22 HP before the end of the year.

To monitor my progress toward Orca status and toward my annual goal but especially to self-motivate myself at each beginning of the month, I created a table in which:

• I mark at each beginning of the month my monthly increases in Hive Power

• I calculate an intermediate monthly goal that will be bigger or smaller based on my results in the previous month.

In the time interval August 1, 2024 - September 1, 2024, I increased my Hive Power by +1613.87 HP.
In the month of August I accumulated a good amount of HP but less than in July and June because I was on vacation for 10 days and significantly reduced the number of posts published.

In fact, in the month of August:

• I published only 11 posts (-11 posts compared to the previous month)
• I wrote only 227 comments (-258 comments compared to the previous month)

Reaching an amount of 75K HP by the end of the year will not be easy because I will still have to gain 9905.22 HP with an increase in average monthly HP of 3301.74 HP but I will work hard to achieve it.

During the month of September:

• I will try to increase the number of published posts
• I will try to increase the number of comments published

65K Hive Power Superato e il mio percorso verso 75K Hive Power!

Oggi è il primo settembre dell'anno 2024 e come ogni primo giorno del mese:

• mi piace pubblicare un post in cui controllo e condivido i miei progressi su Hive

• mi piace condividere un piccolo focus sul valore del token HIVE

• mi piace partecipare all'iniziativa Hive Power Up Day che è una bella iniziativa ricorrente di ogni primo giorno di ogni mese.

• mi piace fissare e condividere i miei propositi per il mese appena iniziato.

Ho scoperto Hive grazie ad un corso on-line a pagamento che ho acquistato nei primi mesi del 2019.
Il 5 marzo 2019 ho creato il mio Hive account e oggi 1 settembre 2024 sono passati 5 anni, 5 mesi e 27 giorni da quando sono diventato un Hiver.

Tra i progetti blockchain che ho conosciuto in questi anni, Hive è stato ed è ancora il mio progetto blockchain preferito perchè sono tante le attività che mi piace fare su Hive:

• mi piace scrivere contenuti sul mio Hive blog
• mi piace interagire con gli altri autori di Hive
• mi piace giocare agli Hive games che a partire dal 2021 sono diventati il principale e ricorrente argomento nel mio Hive blog.

Se dedico tempo ad un progetto, ad una piattaforma, ad un gioco vuol dire che ha valore per me e per questo motivo guardo al valore di mercato attuale del token HIVE come un'opportunità per essere ancora più attivo su Hive e per cercare di accumulare il maggior numero di token HIVE possibili perchè voglio aumentare il mio Hive Power (HP) per aumentare la mia influenza su Hive.

Un mese fa, il 1 agosto 2024, 1 HIVE aveva un valore = 0.2108$ e si trovava al posto 341 considerando il Market Cap

In un intervallo di tempo di 31 giorni (1 agosto 2024 - 1 settembre 2024) il valore del token HIVE è diminuito di -0.0336$ = -15.94%

Il token HIVE ha perso il 15.94% del suo valore in dollari in un intervallo di 31 giorni ma il suo valore di mercato medio storico è di circa 0.45$ e soprattutto Hive ha tante utilità e molte più utilità di tanti altri progetti e piattaforme blockchain i cui token hanno valori di mercato molto più alti.

Per tutti questi motivi considero il valore di mercato attuale del token HIVE un valore molto sottostimato e molto sottovalutato in rapporto alle tante utilità che ha Hive (è la mia personale opinione e non è un consiglio finanziario).

Secondo me quello che manca maggiormente ad Hive per essere ancora più utile, competitiva e attrattiva sono le applicazioni.

Per incentivare gli sviluppatori a creare applicazioni su Hive è necessario avere gli smartcontracts, cosa che Hive non ha.

Fortunatamente gli smartcontracts su Hive sono in fase di sviluppo e quando saranno implementati colmeranno un gap che Hive ha avuto fino ad ora rispetto a piattaforme blockchain tecnicamente inferiori.

Mentre aspetto con molto interesse l'implementazione degli smartcontracts su Hive il mio focus è sull'aumentare il mio Hive Power (=HIVE staked).
Relativamente al mio Hive Power, il 1 gennaio 2024, ho fissato due obiettivi:

• un obiettivo intermedio: raggiungere lo status di Orca

• un obiettivo annuale: raggiungere 75K HP entro la fine dell'anno 2024

Durante il mese di giugno ho raggiunto il mio obiettivo intermedio perchè ho acquisito lo status di Orca.

Circa 3 mesi fa ho deciso di utilizzare parte dei guadagni che ottengo dalla mia attività di gioco negli Hive games per fare Hive Power Up e quindi per velocizzare il mio percorso verso i 75k HP.

Ad esempio il 23 agosto ho utilizzato i miei guadagni mensili in token SPS che ho ottenuto giocando su Splinterlands in questo modo:

• 50% per auemntare il mio quantitativo di SPS staked
• 50% per aumentare il mio Hive Power

Fin quando il valore del token HIVE sarà sotto al suo valore medio storico applicherò la stessa strategia per tutti i giochi in cui gioco.

Oggi ho convertito anche 58.4 SWAP.HIVE in HIVE per fare un Hive Power Up ancora più grande.
Per la conversione ho scelto di utilizzare la funzionalità Convert di BeeSwap

Grazie al Power Up che ho fatto oggi ho raggiunto un quantitativo di 65094.78 HP.

Per arrivare a 75K HP e raggiungere il mio obiettivo annuale devo ancora accumulare 9905.22 HP prima della fine dell'anno.

Per monitorare i miei progressi verso il mio obiettivo annuale ma soprattutto per automotivarmi ad ogni inizio mese ho costruito una tabella in cui:

• segno ad ogni inizio mese i miei incrementi mensili di Hive Power

• calcolo un obiettivo intermedio mensile che sarà più grande o più piccolo in base ai miei risultati nel mese precedente.

Nell'intervallo di tempo 1 agosto 2024 - 1 settembre 2024 ho incrementato il mio Hive Power di +1613.87 HP.
Nel mese di agosto ho accumulato un buon quantitativo di HP ma minore rispetto ai mesi di luglio e di giugno perchè sono stato in vacanza per 10 giorni e ho ridotto in modo significativo il numero di post pubblicati.

Infatti nel mese di agosto:

• ho pubblicato solo 11 post (-11 post rispetto al mese precedente)
• ho scritto solo 227 commenti (-258 commenti rispetto al mese precedente)

Raggiungere un quantitativo di 75K HP entro la fine dell'anno non sarà facile perchè dovrò guadagnare ancora 9905.22 HP con un incremento in HP mensile medio di 3301.74 HP ma mi impegnerò per riuscirci.

Nel mese di settembre:

• cercherò di aumentare il numero di post pubblicati
• cercherò di aumentare il numero dei commenti pubblicati
