and the number of users is shrinking.

100 percent it is plus curation trails getting small accounts to donate to them.
plus L2 Hive-engine tokens are 99.999 a scam.
Below 25 cents is a good buy area. I'll liquidate some holdings and buy hive if it happens 😀
