I have been hunting for a house recently. There is this house for sale and it belongs to a lawyer. This is a very nice house that is quite spacious inside and he has fully utilized every single inch of the available spaces inside.

He still has a lot of the different documents from his firm inside the house. This is a post about what a house here in Miri looks like. Hope that you enjoy the tour.

The car Porsch

This is one very very nice porsch. Can fir around three cars here. The whole floor is tiled. This makes it easy to clean and maintain. Something of a plus for me.

There is a balcony to go out and enjoy the view. This house was inherited to this lawyer from his mom.

The view of the neighbourhood. A peaceful neighbourhood. The houses main gates lead to the main road which is great. Makes it easy to get out of the house.

This washroom was just rennovated. Even the owner himself did not the chance to use it. Lots of effort placed into rennovation.

Quite modern and this house is well maintained. I really like it a lot. But, due to its distance from the city area, I had some considerations.
