Goood morning my friends, today, I am going to introduce to you a new ice cream shop here in Miri.
This shop is called Ai-Cha and this shop is from Indonesia.

Ai-Cha

A wave of new ice cream shops have opened for business recently. The special characteristic of these new shops is that they sell ice cream for an affordable price. You can get most ice cream here for less than even a dollar USD and most of the other items on the menu are around 1.60 USD.

Ai-Cha originates from Indonesia. Indonesia is a neighbor of Malaysia.

The counter where you can order your ice cream. There is lots of ice cream and drinks to choose from. They have this special cup that you can get your ice cream from and on the next order, if you bring that cup back, you can get a discount.

My wife waiting for her ice cream. You can also customize the ice cream to your liking. You can swap out the topping such as red bean for pearl as well as coconut jelly.

There are two flavors: Matcha (green tea) or Vanilla ice cream. These are only RM 1.99 or around 45 cents USD.

So, what did I order?

Oreo and cookies ice cream

This is simply delicious. The Oreo bits inside make the ice cream a bit more crunchy. The ice cream melts a bit more quickly as compared to other ice cream. So after purchasing, the best thing to do is to eat it as quickly as you can.

My wife ordered the ice cream Matcha

She had some modifications to the ice cream. Originally, the topping was red beans but she swapped them for pearls. She loves chewing on pearls. They have this chewy texture.

The Oreo biscuits are crushed into smaller bits.

The ice cream is quite creamy and the chocolate bits are easily chewable. However, the ice cream melts more faster than other ice cream so it is not advisable to order take away and eat it a while later. But you can get it in a cup like this and place it in your freezer first then take it out and eat later.

The ice cream here is all delicious and affordable.
