This is a nice house. Welcome my friends to the house tour. This is not my house but one I was checking out to buy. I like this house but I could not afford it yet. This house is 40 years old.
This house is a semi-detached house.
Looking at it, the compound is quite big and it looks well maintained.

The houses here are quite large and the neighborhood looks quite nice and pleasant. This area is not too far away from the city.
The kitchen area
Despite being old, this house looks well-maintained. A lot of the stuff of the original owner is still left here. I think this was owned by an old lady or older folk and their kids have their own house now and decided to sell off this house.
It feels like the owners are still here at the moment. But they are not. So, in a way, visiting a house like this.
The mattresses are still here and have not been discarded. So, the question is, if this house gets sold, will these be still here? Would you want to use these or buy new ones?
The living room area
Nice living room area with some cleaning needed only. The chair is still looks new.
The garden area
There is a lot of garden space which is in my view quite a bonus add-on.
The outer house view
Older houses are better made here than compared to new houses. In the past, houses were cheaper and materials were much cheaper.
The stairs to the second floor
It looks like I stepped into the past. There are grills all over the house.
