Today has been a great day to start off my day. I have not been feeling well for the last one week plus. I had a cold and extreme coughing. Had not a good week of sleep but finally I can feel myself recovering.
About a month ago, I went house hunting. Looked at lots of houses. Some of the nice house are far away from the city centre. So, I almosr gave up on house hunting. Till I saw this house.
This is a terrace house and is super duper near the city centre. A super plus.
This is what the house looks like from the exterior. Needs some paintwork and perhaps cleaning.
The back area of the house. To my surprise, there is still some land here to do some gardening or rent it out. Needs some cleaning.
The owner of the house currently rents out to the chef of a nearby hotel but his contracts come to an end.

One thing really suprised me with this house is the number of rooms and the sturdiness of the house. This house needs bits of work and I can make some $$$.
The living room
Need a good paintjob to brighten this area up to whiten it. The living room is quite big. There are four rooms here at the moment.

The floor is wood but premium. Maybe in the future, I may cement the floor.
Then, there are the other rooms. One has a balcony. Sitting there enjoying tea.

These two rooms were actually one big room but the owner partitioned them to have to rooms. Great news for me since I do not need to do any partition.

The floors at the car park has already been tiled. Easier cleaning.
The loan has been approved so will be updating with progress in future post. I am going to put some work into this and try to airbnb this house.
