Hi. My friends. Good morning. A while ago, on a Wednesday afternoon, I went to eat breakfast with my parents. My mom had an appointment at the hospital. It was for her hearing. In a couple of weeks, we are heading into 2025. Time flies. Covid was in 2020.
The first thing I usually do if I head outside is definitely to hunt for food.
I bought some Chinese delights at a food court
At the bottom tray, there are different desserts. These are layered one at a time and steamed. The pink and green ones are amazing in taste.

These are usually made fresh. Why cash only? I am not a cash-only fan. I usually have an e-wallet app on my phone.
There are other stalls here that specialize in noodles.
The stall owners are usually small businesses that rely on customers to support them in order for their businesses to run smoothly.
Some of the stalls here have QR codes that you can scan in order to pay for the food.
This stall below serves curry rice, noodles and many more. This stall is quite popular and many people order here.
After breakfast, I brought my parents to the hospital. My mom had her ear checked. It's strange how parents can age. I always remember them to be young and now, they are in their old age. Sometime in the future, that would be me.
Miri hospital. I did not take a lot of photos here as it is not really allowed, but this section was not used anymore, so I snapped a photo of this place. This area used to be where lots of patients went to check with the doctor. Now, there is a newer section that was completed a couple of years ago.
Now, this area is currently left empty but is still one of the main pathways to walk along if you are heading into the hospital.
